By downloading, accessing, or using the MiAi Android app or miaiapp.ai, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy at https://miaiapp.ai/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use MiAi.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MiAi.

MiAi is a personal AI companion for Android. Features may include chat, memories (notes, recordings, photos), Talk mode, Live Translate, and optional image features on a trial or paid plan. Features may change as we improve the product.

MiAi is not a lawyer, doctor, therapist, financial advisor, or emergency service. AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on MiAi as a substitute for professional advice. For emergencies, contact local emergency services.

You are responsible for your device, screen lock, biometric settings, and who can unlock your phone. Keep your device secure. If you create an encrypted backup file, you are responsible for protecting the file and passphrase.

You retain rights to your chats, memories, and uploads. You grant MiAi only the limited permission needed to process that content to provide the features you request (including sending content through our hosted proxy to AI providers when you use hosted features). You are responsible for the content you enter and must not use MiAi for unlawful content or activity.

You agree not to:

• break the law or misuse the service
• attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security
• abuse, overload, or scrape the hosted proxy or related systems
• use MiAi to harm others or to generate illegal content

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

MiAi may offer a 7-day free trial, then paid plans such as $14.99/month or $99/year through Google Play. Prices may vary by country or Play storefront.

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play and may auto-renew unless canceled in Google Play.

Deleting app data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions.

Restore purchases through the app's Restore purchases option / Google Play when applicable.

If you choose Advanced mode and paste your own API key, you are responsible for that key, provider billing, and provider terms. The key is stored on your device and sent only to the provider you selected.

AI features depend on network access and third-party providers. Service may be interrupted, limited, or changed. Outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate.

MiAi name, branding, and app materials are owned by the operator of miaiapp.ai or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of MiAi branding or software, except the limited right to use the app as allowed.

MiAi uses third parties such as Google Play, hosting providers, and AI model providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiAi and miaiapp.ai are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of MiAi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business. Total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for MiAi subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where prohibited by law.

You may stop using MiAi at any time and delete your data in the app. We may suspend or stop providing the service, including if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. The Last updated date will change on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Utah shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
