Delete my data
Your MiAi chats and memories live on your phone. Delete them in the app — no email required.
Open the MiAi Android app and unlock it
Launch MiAi on your Android device and unlock it with your PIN or biometric.
Go to Settings → Delete all my data
In the app, open Settings and tap "Delete all my data". This permanently removes all chats, memories, chat photos, saved API keys, and local MiAi settings from that phone.
Confirm the deletion
Confirm when prompted. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Optional: delete individual chats
You can also delete individual chats anytime from Chat history → Delete, without wiping everything.
Delete encrypted backup files you saved outside the app
If you exported encrypted backup files to your phone storage, Google Drive, or elsewhere, those files are yours to delete manually — use Files, Drive, or wherever you saved them.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting app data does not cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop billing, cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions → MiAi before your next renewal date.
